It's the most scenic time of year! And Ohio offers so many fun things to do during the season of autumn. Check out our top three Ohio fall getaways.

Fall Foliage

There are so many amazing state and local parks to visit during peak fall foliage. Our favorites include Hocking Hills, Amish Country, and Lake Erie Shores and Islands. Each offers a different fall vibe, whether on the lake or in the mountains. Make sure to support the small businesses in the area and get ready for insta-worthy pictures. Hike a trail, roast a s'more, and enjoy the beautiful fall colors.

HalloWeekends

Cedar Point is renowned for its spooktacular event at the point. Scream on the coasters during the day and sprint in terror through the haunted houses and walks at night. Stay for the weekend to enjoy all CP has to offer at Lighthouse Point or Sandusky/Bayshore KOA

The Ohio State Reformatory

Tour the paranormal world at The Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. During October the former prison is decorated in haunted Halloween decor and is a perfect chilling adventure for the fall season. Make a night of it by camping at Shelby/Mansfield KOA Resort or Charles Mill Lake Park.
